Power PMO was founded by Cynthia K. Konan, an experienced PMO and transformation leader with more than 15 years' experience across complex programmes and transformation environments.

  • Business readiness and change; programme assurance; senior stakeholder and executive engagement

Bilingual in English and French, Cynthia works across the UK, Europe and West Africa.

Power PMO is not tied to a software platform, systems integrator or prescribed delivery methodology. That matters.

When leadership needs to challenge assumptions, validate reported status or make a difficult programme decision, the value of the assessment depends on the independence of the view.
