The standard Programme Health Check includes:
£6,000 + VAT. Larger or more complex programmes, including major ERP and multi-workstream transformations, are scoped separately.
ERP and major technology transformations introduce additional complexity across technology, vendors, processes and the business. Where relevant, the Health Check can consider areas such as:
System integrator governance; data readiness; testing and UAT readiness
Business process readiness; training and adoption; cutover readiness
Go-live decision-making; transition and hypercare planning
Power PMO assesses whether the programme and the business are positioned to deliver and adopt the transformation successfully — not the technical configuration of the platform.
